Client: Marathwada Association of Small Scale Industries & Agriculture.

Location: Chikalthana, MIDC, Aurangabad.

Project brief: Project have stood at first rank in design competition held by MASSIA for proposed convention centre. Contemporary design has been done to serve purpose of functions of convention centre. Being in the vicinity of industrial area, forms and textures have been used to suit the surroundings. Angular white masses cutting sharp through grey concrete surfaces gives sturdy yet elegant look. Double height entrance steps decorated with two huge columns & covered with triple height porch, are a grand welcome to the business class.

Built up area: 65000.00 sq.ft.

Location: Mangaon, Dist.Raigad.

Project brief: Our design fulfills discipline & corporate look of Mangaon divisional office. Straight & clean form of building is achieving our design purpose. Four triple height columns are creating a grand voluminous entrance. The use of vernacular material laterite stone on staircase block represents local architecture. Slopping roof with Mangalore tiles is also a part of Konkan region, which has been incorporated in design considering the climatic condition of Konkan region. We have tried to give corporate look through out design & internal planning to typical government office.
